When you need to write yourself a short note or a reminder, it’s important to do so quickly and with as little friction as possible so that you don’t forget. But if you just write notes on paper sticky notes, or in notes apps, then your to-dos end up scattered everywhere.

With Twobird, you can write your to-dos in the same inbox that you’re already using every day to do your work. It’s lightweight and fast. Check out this video to learn more about how you can do it:

Try typing a quick note for yourself at the top of your inbox, where it says “Add a to-do…”. Then just click the “Add To-do” action to create a Twobird note.

If you want to be reminded about this task at a specific time, mouse over the note and select the “Remind” action. Then, select the date and time when you want to be reminded, or pick your own custom date and time. Once you pick a time, that note will be hidden from your inbox, and then reappear in your inbox at the time you picked.

You can even see all the reminders you’ve set alongside your upcoming events by checking out your calendar.

Creating a note in Twobird takes only a few seconds. Instead of wrangling tasks across different apps that don’t work together, you can manage more of your to-dos with the inbox you already have.
