When your team’s work is spread out over several different siloed apps, finding the most important, up-to-date information can be tricky. Every time you switch between apps, it negatively affects your productivity and you risk losing important context. But when notes and conversations all live in the same app, you can save time, retain critical context, and keep the whole team on the same page.

With Twobird, you can compose and share notes — like a product roadmap, a shared to-do list, or an outline for a blog post — in the same place where you’re already managing your tasks. Check out this video to learn more:

When you’re writing a Twobird note, you can use markdown formatting and tables to style text the way that you want. Text blocks and tables can be quickly rearranged by clicking and moving the drag handle in the left margin. You can also collaborate with your team in a few different ways: you can assign a task to someone by clicking the “Assign” button that appears on the right side of a text block, then typing that person’s email address; you can also comment on text blocks and @-message team members by clicking the “Comment” button, right next to the “Assign” button.

To share your note, click the “Share” button in the top right corner. You can email your note, or copy paste the note’s share link. In either case, the person you share the note with doesn’t need to be signed up for Twobird in order to read or edit the note.
