When your inbox is full of newsletters, automated updates, and receipts, it can be difficult to focus on the emails that actually require your attention.

So, to make it easier to focus on only the most important to-dos, Twobird automatically filters out low priority emails — anything that doesn’t require you to take immediate action. Newsletters, updates, and receipts are automatically moved into a Low Priority inbox that you can check when you feel like it. Check out this video to learn more:

You can also train Twobird to recognize emails that you think are low or high priority. While in your Low Priority view, hover over an email and click “To-do” to move that email into your main inbox. You can also do the opposite. While in your main inbox, hover over an email, select the ellipsis button to see more options, then select the “Move to Low Priority” action. By doing this, you can better customize Twobird to meet your needs.
